In my third decade of life I have a few health problems. They are, admittedly, minor yet, I awoke in the middle of last night acutely aware of them, the ultimate frailty of the physical body in my face. I saw what most miss until old age, that this body will fail the same way all automobiles or airplanes eventually age out of service.
And, if we are identified with the body we will be very disappointed.
So, if we’re not this body, then, who are you? Who am I?
