In my last post, Quantum Change On Planet Earth, I discussed an article in the “Science Of Mind” magazine by Dr. Amit Goswami, a highly respected quantum physicist (December 2012 Vol. 85 No. 12, pp. 22-26). In the article he discusses how matter is a movement of consciousness, that decides out of an endless number of possibilities what form it will take. Matter is consciousness in form. Thus, (to paraphrase Dr. Goswami) material evolution is an effect of intelligence, it is not the cause of it (p. 29). Intelligence is, and evolution follows.
In another post, Does The Brain Produce Consciousness?, I discussed my theory of the human organism as an antenna that receives consciousness and focuses and frames it to be useful to its existence in a material world. In other words, it has access to the infinite universe, but it only channels a minute fraction of that for itself.
What would happen if we opened that up a little? What would happened if we let a little more in? Evolutionary leaps of cosmic proportions, anyone?
This opening to possibilities we didn’t know existed is what I think is going to turn spaceship Earth around. It’s not the latest iPhone. It’s not this monster PC I just bought. It’s how open we are to the voice of God within us, to accepting our divine heritage, to the quantum leaps we are capable of.
